anyone ever tried this stuff? It's supposed to give you a boost during workouts, reduces lactic acid buildup in the muscle, or amonia I should say. I got a small packet from a friend to try, gonna do it on chest/tricep day on monday. What should I expect?

Not tried it.

I have Surge during my work outs. I'm also low carbing at the moment so I need the Surge drinks!

Never tried it. Gonna try Animal Pump for a pre-workout in about a month. Also might give some controlled labs products a try.

It is another BS Nitric Oxide product that does absolutely nothing for strength gains, and even its ability to produce a pump is debated.

What are you looking for in a supplement? I have tried about everything out there, so I can recommend you a few, but do not waste your money on this expensive piece of crap product.

Basically it is a NO product with some caffeine and Gakic...not worth the money at all.

Recommend some supplements then holmes!

How about one for pre-workout...to get a drag-ass, like me, in gear.

I did not reccomend anything because in my previous post because I need to know what your goals are.

For you, first of all, make sure you are getting 8hrs of sleep, and eating right for energy. Then I would try some NO-Xplode or Super Pump 250, or course if you have the basics covered (whey, multi, creatine, fish oil).

I found my old ass fish oil capsules that I bought about a year ago. I forget when the good time to take them is. I'm also working on my lean cycle now so will that have counter effects?

First make sure the fish oil is not past its expiration date...trust me it is not worth it if they are.

But no Fish Oil is perfect for you at that time, as it helps speed up matabolism, cut down inflamation associated with cutting cycles and aides in fat loss. Take it.

Cool Cool. Yah I bought it a while ago and found it when I packed and moved out, and now I have it. It's almost brand new too lol.

I'm off of creatine now though as I haven't really ever had much benefit from it, aside from when I was takin gthe Celltech stuff (which has creatine in it).

Right now I'm just taking protein, multi-vitamin, and amino acids.

The only supplements I can recommend are whey protein and creatine.

Everything else is crap.

Lately I've been using gamma-amino butyric acid, whey and creatine. Seems to work well, I don't get too sore even after heavy workouts and GABA makes me feel great in the morning :)

Next time you try creatine, try a good ethyl ester creatine like Cellmass or something as some do not respond well to monohydrate (cell tech).

I don't really supplement, I just eat tuna and ground turkey and wot not for protein. I'm looking for something that will reduce in workout muscle fatigue. Something that keeps the lactic acid / amonia buildup to a minimum. Specifically I want to use it on my chest/tricep day

Well in that case you should have some creatine as it helps boost endurance...and look into Gakic and MAN Body Octane. It is expensive but it is the best anti-fatigue stack on the market now, I can personally attest that it works. PM me if you ahev any questions about dosage.
