I just started working out again, and after just three days I feel better and have more energy. Seriously if you don't do it, give it a try. Also, don't worry what other ppl think in the gym when you can only stay on the jogger for 5-10 min. Most of them are ugly anyways.

And yes, working out is good for you...switching up my routine a little this week so I'm not so sore up top for my first round of golf of the season on Sunday 😛
 
I have recently started running again... ran 2.75 miles on Sunday, and 3.25 yesterday! Feeling good... I have more energy in general but am MUCH more tired at night, which is good so I sleep better.

I ran pretty regularly most of last year, but fell off the wagon for a bit the last few months. Got a 5k run coming up (Revlon Run/Walk in LA), and the Mud Run at Camp Pendleton a bit later.

Get out there and exercise! 😀

ONLY if you can squeeze off > 3 per day. Otherwise no.
