Yeah, I saw that. I still say that mile is pointless. Stretch it out to 4 and drop the machine, or drop the mile and spend 10 more minutes on the machine.
BTW, do you monitor your HR while on the machine to make sure it remains in the target zone?
And about your daily weight lifting... what's up with that?
