I just started my weight-training schedule to try and burn off some of this fat and get more muscle. My basic workout schedule is to go:
Monday: upper body / arms
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: abs, cardio [running/basketball]
thursday: upper body / arms
friday: legs
saturday: cardio
sunday: maybe cardio
Couple questions ... is this schedule ok? I am 6' tall, 190lbs, a little fat. The first couple days hurt, but now I feel better. After every actual weight workout I go sauna for 10 minutes and get a really good sweat going, then take a nice cool shower. Is this okay? I drink an ungodly amount of water [a little less than 2 gallons a day], so I don't think the sauna can dehydrate me.
