working on my own driveway...

Because of all the licenses / permits that companies need to do a masonry job, I thought I'd ask first... the lip of my driveway (where the road meets it) is a bit broken apart from weather-wear.

Can I poor my own concrete down for this to fix it ? Any issues with this being state or town property ?

I doubt its a problem. Just be sure dig out all the old stuff first.
