I had some crappy unhelpful error messages trying to reset my password earlier today. Steam wasn't down down, but something was weird.

Usually there are weird fixes when games wont connect, involving cache clearing or stuff like that. PM me your steam name, I just started messing around on Rust. Or add RobertTheBob. I'm in Germany though so times are off and servers are tougher to find.

Not sure how much longer I will play this game. Can't get my guys to team up and farm/pool resources. The teams that come on to the server are raiding the hell out of the map. I lost a lot of stuff today but they didn't find the stash of good stuff I had hidden.

Rust and all the other sandbox MMO's have a similar problem: You need MANY people working together as a solid team for a long time to get anything accomplished. Anything of value at least.

Usually what happens is somebody gets bored, leaves, you try to recruit more, and eventually you just have a mess of individuals who would rather do their own thing.

I also tried playing GRAV and Reign of Kings, found the same issues.
