Working Minature Viper Engine Link?

Anyone remember that site showing a working model viper engine? I believe it was 1/8 scale. I cant remember if i saw the link here, but does anyone have it bookmarked or know what I am talking about?
 
1/4 scale, that is why google couldnt find it.

There was also a page that documented how it was built and stuff...
