Your Leadtek card (TV2000XP) is an unsupported software encoder card. MCE requires supported hardware encoder cards.

Be aware that the HDTV Wonder requires an additional supported analog hardware encoder card in order to install in MCE (AFAIK). I use a pair of ATI eHome Wonder cards for SDTV, and the Digital tuner from HDTV Wonder for DTV and HDTV. I don't use the analog tuners from my AIW or HDTV Wonder for MCE.

Both my AIW 9700pro and eVGA 6800 standard work fine for the graphics card, however my AIW is my preference because its native YPbPr output is easy to configure for my RPTV, and I can't get the Nvidia card to sync at anything but 480p using VGA.
MCE also requires DVD decoders to be installed (they're not shipped with MCE) I've used both ATI DVD and NV DVD decoders and both work fine, however the NV decoders are my current preference even on the Radeon card.
