The only reason for that, that I've seen, is because a certain person tends to call in sick a bit more than normal.

I say, if you can possibly drag yourself in at all when you're sick, do it, and save those sick days for the finer, more important things in life. Just don't tell anyone at work. And don't call in sick if you can avoid it!

LOL. C'mon man. If those unemployed people had jobs they wouldn't ever complain about them or be frustrated by them? That's not reality and we all know it. Let's not play "my life is worse than yours so suck it up". We've all felt the way this guy is feeling so why not commiserate with him? Yes of course things could be worse, but things can always be worse.

Lithium--Sorry you are having a rough time. I work for a huge company and I definitely feel insignificant at times, but I'm paying off my school loans and debts, paying my bills and even saving a bit. So, if this is what I have to do for the sake of my present, and future, then so be it.
