working Athlon X2- compatible motherboard?

are there any? i can't update the bios since all i have is the X2 cpu!

i have an A8N-E as you might've seen from my other post, but i'm going to have to RMA it.

most boards will let you post once and update the bios though if you try to reboot without updating you are often screwed. I believe the a8n-premium ships with a x2 capable bios, so that is another option.

According to AnandTech's review on nForce4 Ultra boards (don't have the link right now), you can boot with an X2 as long as the board is able to boot with something like a Winchester or Venice core, IIRC. Is that true in all cases or only some?

BTW, I have a Venice core cpu and was able to boot just fine with the EPoX 9NPA+Ultra's original bios.
