i am working nights this week for techinical support for our field technicians that are setting up some kiosks in some retail stores (furniture/PC's)


the middle managers decided since they have to set these up at night, they needed phone support at night, so we get to stay up all night waiting for somebody to call with a problem that the first level call agents can't handle
 
Well, the good thing is that you're working.. 🙂

Thankfully, I no longer have the night shift (worked it for a couple of years..) However, I will occasionally have to go onsite.
