Workgroup Network Setup

I have a small workgroup (not homegroup) network setup with four PCs. Two are Win10 Pro, two are Win7 Pro. Each PC is used by one person and therefore has one user account. I have setup permissions so that each PC can access the desired folders on the other three. Everything is working well.

I am about to connect an additional PC to this network. Two people will share this PC so it has two user accounts. Let’s call them User1 and User2.

How do I set things up so that User 1 has access to certain folders on the other four PCs but User2 has access to a different set of folders on the other four PCs? I’ve never had to deal with a PC that has multiple user accounts before and I’m not sure how to handle network permissions in that situation.

Thanks.

Is there a reason why you don't just have a central fileserver where everybody can just save these files? You're adding a lot of hassle for yourself in creating all of these permissions and users. In essence what you're going to need to do is give permissions to those folders for those users on that PC. For example for one folder it can be COMPUTER1\User1 and another folder it can have sharing for COMPUTER1\User2 .You'll have to do that for each and every folder and each computer. Frankly, centralizing it with a fileserver (which really doesn't have to be much, heck it could likely be a simple NAS like a Drobo) would make your life and your users' lives much easier.
