Workgroup Domain problem HELP!

Ok, so on my Dad's laptop he was under a domain (for his work) and we changed it to a Workgroup that we have here at our house. It said it couldn't disable the domain which was fine with us. We restarted and now he can't log in with his username and password. Is there anyway that he can get into his laptop or does he have to wait till he gets back to work and the admin can login?

thats kinda skimpy on information. LMK if you need anymore details

will need the administrator password/username or needs to reauthenticate with the domain to log in on his username. *unless an account was also setup for his username on the local machine (unlikely). in which you could select from the domain dropdown menu at win2k login screen (this machine) instead of domain of his work. hope that helps.

*try using "administrator" and a blank password to see if that logins as admin, its worth a shot. hopefully the admins at your dads work aren't that dumb though.
