Worker's Compensation question.....

If my boss were to yell at me and insult me, could I go on compensation for hurt feelings? 😱

No.
I was told very early on that if I had any feelings I was supposed to leave them at home.
It's probably highlighted in your company's new hire manual that you didn't read. 😛

You are going to have to prove your feelings are worth something, that and then any job you moved too would probably find out and not higher you because of fear you would try to get a quick buck this way. They could not say we are not highering you because you sued you last boss but they could find another legit reason.

So go ahead and sue and get some money but its going to jack up your career.

That point made, there are reasons to sue if the BOSS is being downright abusive.
