Work Visa question

If someone were in this country on a work visa (non-citizen), if they stole from the company and went to jail, would they most likely be deported?

No, they would do the time then get deported.
 
You only have to get fired to be deported.
IF fired THEN leave country within 10 to 30 days, IIRC.
