I was dreading it as I an in an ADA position & had taken a couple of days off after putting my back out.

It was the best review I have ever had & I usually get good ones. Seriously, I actually cried a bit, my boss is very client centered & exacting, traits I admire & I attempt to be proactive in these kinds of things, going the extra mile whenever I can to make the client experience more positive, asking him for extra tasks to reduce his office managers workload. I really love working for this guy :)

Another worry off my shoulders...heck I even scored a nice new chair :)

That's great! Bumpy start to the year, but it seems like everything has fallen in place; perhaps better than this time last year?

Good things happen to good people, Jean. The universe takes note. It's called karma.

Yes, as a cancer patient I needed accommodation, the company provided a job & I have worked to make the position valuable to them. After a year, they now want another me to work on Fridays, as I only work 32 hours a week. I get to be creative, funny, helpful. I made the position my own & brought added value to the company, a win, win :)

I've always tried to get my reviews scheduled after lunch. Then I hire a hooker to wear regular but still sexy clothes to chat him up on his lunch break and give him a blowie. That way he's in a great mood when he comes back.
