Work Jukebox

Does anyone have any links or information on creating a wma jukebox (with drm enabled) for work? I want to create a jukebox that limits listening to 1 person per song, but I want to make it legal because it's at work. Any info is appreciated.

You have a server with 2000 server or server 2003? Windows Media Services will do it. It's especially easy in 2003.
