Hey, feel free to try this out. Still unfinished and I may not even update it if Anandtech institutes a better theme for the site. But it's something I'm messing w/ right now.

You need stylish for Firefox to use this...

Just want to thank hg403 who helped w/ a lot of this. He will probably be posting his own at some point.

Note: The code is all commented, so if you want something slightly different, feel free to tackle it yourself. Things like the fixed width can be easily removed if you just read the comments.

It's not bad. It needs a good bit of tweaking, but I like the direction you're taking it. I'll use it awhile, and see what I think over time.

I agree. I was using the Stylish dark theme on the old forums.

Pictures kind of bork this theme. I think I'll have to abandon it until it gets tweaked a bit more.

I was just coming in to edit my post. I didn't notice the sidebar when I clicked a thread with pics. Everything was horribly offset.

I tried making a dark theme Anubis but all of the icon graphics on these pages have white bleeding out the sides. So when you make a dark skin it looks absolutely hideous. A lot of work has to go into making a nice looking one.

Anyhow, 1.5 is out for mine and it functions. I did mess w/ the colors some though.

its not bad but big images causes a minor centering issue.

I would prefer AT left justified rather than centered.

I axed the reply because I use quick reply or quote and it was ugly. You can re-add it very easily though, just remove:
img[src$="images/buttons/reply.gif"] { display:none!important; }

Don't know about the left align yet. And I have yet to test imgs because I have them disabled. I'll have to try that from home.
