Ever since last year... our IT dept has decided to firewall all external email web sites. It's rather ridiculous and really annoying. They refuse to lift the ban because last year we were hit really hard. The servers were down for three weeks. Our internal network is pretty weak

Any suggestions?
 
The only answer is to quit your job. Seriously, who wants to work somewhere where they can't handle personal things on work's clock?
