Wordpress Navigation

Do any of you know a good way to do Wordpress navigation? It would be nice if it could be dynamic like the Pages widget. The only problem is I need to link to some non pages things like a "home" link and a link to some forums.

I am assuming I have to do this via a plugin. I found one but I think it is lagging my server.. anyone know of a light weight, simple, good nav system that just lets me integrate it into a widget that can go into a sidebar?

If you want lightweight the best thing to do is just edit the code in the sidebar.php of your theme and add the links you want. You can do it with with plugins/widgets but I find it's more trouble than it's worth.

But in all seriousness, I agree . Widgets/plugins would be alot of work for this.
