Wordpress as a CMS? Pricing?

I'm completely ignorant in regards to anything having to do with coding. I've managed to wrap my head around CSS and HTML and even a little PHP but that's the extent of it.

Since I know we've got a lot of guys here who code for cash and chicken, I have a question:

If you were going to use Wordpress as a CMS (which is gaining popularity, I understand) how much would you charge to create a template that's only, oh, 5-7 pages? With room for pictures and video and such.

Ballpark, that is.

My part time business has done several Wordpress websites over the past year. I'll make anywhere from 1-2k for slicing out the layout from a PSD and adding a little functionality with some basic PHP. I'm not exactly sure how much my partner is charging, but his design costs probably add anywhere from 2k-5k on top of what I'm making. Also, all these sites have been less than ten pages.
