Normally, a person owns a patent. They would be the owner. What if the patent belongs to a company? How would that be worded. Terraform Inc. is the sole owner of Patent#: 837483 or is there some better way to write this?

I need to contact a patent lawyer to find out the correct english word to describe the ownership of a patent by a company or corporation?

Patent holder.

Patents issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office confer upon the patent holder "the right to exclude others from making, using or selling the invention throughout the United States" and its territories and possessions.
