Word will not print - help

I made an Excel list of mailing addresses, and then use the mail merge wizard to bring that list right into the Word as an envelope list to print.

All seemed well till I got ready to print. I have over 60 envelopes with names in this saved Word doc. When I hit print - up comes the window to select ALL, CURRENT, & PAGES (with the box to the right to do a 1,3 or a 1-5).

It will print ALL & CURRENT - but will not print a series of the envelopes. Oddly it does not have the SELECTION click available.

This is only with this particular doc that I have saved to do my envelopes. I am using an HP 4215 Officejet All in One and I have downloaded the latest driver.

Any ideas? I hope so. This is a real puzzle.
