Word to HTML converters

Does anyone know of any good applications that will convert Word documents to HTML? We are trying to convert a large help document to HTML, and make it so it is easy to edit for someone who wasn't involved with writing it. I know Word has that feature built in, but the HTML code that Word puts out is a little hard to understand when you try to edit it in notepad. I'm looking for something that converts to more standard HTML.
 
dreamweaver has a good import method for word docs...we use it here at work and I like 🙂
