Word / Printing issue

Background: Someone (user1 ) has a calender in Word that she recieved from someone (user2) else, she can view the file but cannot print it (prints out blank) and does not see it in print preview, but other people (including me) can print it,

User1 can print all other documents on the printer, just not this one

My solution was that the user1 had Word 2000 (which she did) and the person that sent the document had Word XP(which she did), which is why User1 could not print it

So I am wondering if that could be the problem?

Try saving it as something else.

If the file is less that one screen, snapshot it and print out the bitmap.

What formats?

Also, you can try printing to PDF if you have that software.

Check the driver settings. Return all driver settings to default. Try in the advanced tab select download as soft font if avaliable. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers or updating the drivers? Is it a PCL or PS driver?

I figured it out today, A4 settings in print options were not set
