Word preferences: Pregnant, Preggers, Prego

Lately Ive noticed a resurgance in the word "preggers". While I dont particularly care for it, I was wondering, do you use it? How about "prego"?

What about gestating?

"Oh yes, shes 6 weeks into her gestation process!" 🙂
 
oh yeah. My wife is pregnant now. she hates it when i say preggers, knocked up, bun in the oven, preggy etc. Oh i say she has the alien in her and its going to pop out soon!

I like preggers. I would call my friend that the whole time she was pregnant. Annoyed her greatly. 😀
