Word/Powerpoint Overline?

For my physics class, we indicate sig figs using a line over the last sig fig. How can I make an overline in Word and Powerpoint?

you can use the equation editor that comes with office. you will probably have to install it though.

To use it: Insert > Object... > Microsoft Equation 3.0
To install: It's under 'Office tools' then 'equation editor' when you add/remove office components
