What's up everybody? For a while i have been using Outlook 2000 and noticed the little feature where I can use Microsoft Word 2000 as my email sender for HTML, RTF, and Plain Text documents. I personally don't use it (I use the internal Outlook message thingie instead) because I am worried on how it handles sending HTML messages.
I know alot of people out there use other email apps like Netscape Messenger, Eudora, and Lotus Notes, but I have seen how Word 2000 saves in the HTML format and it is not pretty, let alone only looks right in Internet Explorer browsers and Outlook 2000. This makes me think because the default Outlook email program doesn't use garbled HTML and CSS code.
I generally send all my email in Plain Text, but occasionally use HTML for presentational email. Would you suggest not using Word 2000 as my Outlook email editor to play it safe? Let me know if you had any past experiences you want to share
Thanks!
