I have an 18 page document. I want to add a page before page 1 to serve as a cover sheet. I am sending it straight to the printer to be bound so I can't print it out and arrange the pages. I quess I am having an oldtimers moment as I see no way to do it. WHere's it at? TIA

Go to the top of the first page and do a CTL+Enter or "Edit/Insert Page Break"
