Word 2002

Okay I need to know the how to make Word 2002 to create Normal.dot file which has been deleted somehow

Word will recreate the file when it is opened.

Check in Microsoft\Templates directory (depending on OS used) and delete
the file there.

In Win9x/ME the file is hidden so you would have to "show hidden files"

well the problem is that Word wont recreate it; it will just shut down
