while i was an high school student, they delayed several times (to 10am and to noon) instead closing.

it's not a big deal but now i'm in college and i'm choked because they never do that.

My college classes were canceled today due to severe damage on campus from a tornado yesterday and I go to a Big 12 school so you know how rare cancelling classes is.

My commute to work this morning (work in St. Paul): 1 hr 15 minutes. Normally 25-30 minutes. Saw several semi-trailers stuck on the roads on the way.

The snowfall has picked up since earlier this morning and is now blowing.

Had to call the tow truck this morning to get my wife out of the ditch (on I-90 in MN). Stupid $80 tow truck, what a crappy way to start the week.
