Just awesome. What a truly fantastic series against the Cardinals, not to mention a professional sports first by winning a series when down 3-0. Congratulations Red Sox and hurrah! to their fans!

Michael.

Actually, this is not true. Hockey had two teams play to a seventh after a 3-0 deficit. But NO professional sports team has actually won the seventh.

No, a fantastic series was the ALCS. A 4-0 is not a fantastic series.

That is incorrect. The teams that you are talking about that came back from 0-3 in hockey ('41 Maple Leafs and '75 Islanders) won the series.

No, a fantastic series was the ALCS. A 4-0 is not a fantastic series.

This was undoubtedly an exception. Everything demanded that the Red Sox loses, so even last night, when they had just one game to win, the series was neck and neck.

No, it was domination. Watching the games you just felt that the red sox were in control and St Louis had already lost. There was no question Boston dominated from game 2 on.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And Boston will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when they lay their vengeance upon thee!

The cardinals looked like crap. they weren't even worthy opponets. so much for the lineup that was supposedly the best in baseball.

anyways congrats red sox. this team deserved it. they had good chemistry which probably contributed to their win.
