Woot! Just booked our Christmas reservations

We go every year to a small town in Michigan called Frankenmuth and stay at their Bavarian Inn. GOD I love that place...it's so Christmas-ee, all the little shops selling all the old fashioned stuff, horse and buggy rides, winery, cheese and sausage shops, AWESOME chicken dinners. The resort has a football field sized game room and 5 pools + a miniature golf course. I've gone there every year for the last 15 years. I'd highly recommend it if you want to take the family on a little holiday trip 🙂

I used to live half an hour from Frankenmuth. Great chicken dinners, fudge and salt water taffy.

Frankenmuth: Just like regular muth, but uglier and freakier.

Stop and get a 1 lb. burger at Tony's or better yet take US 23 and cruise through Ann Arbor and stop at Zingerman's Deli.

nice, i was just in ann arbor last saturday for the michigan - wisconsin game and my friend was talking about tony's.
