Woot! It is not a big deal for anyone but me video card happiness

Just replaced a PCI vid card with a gforce 3 ti200 (used of course), and the differences is astounding! Having fun at a ton of games now!

What kind of card did it replace? A videocard upgrade can make a huge difference, that's for sure!

heh i just upgraded from a gf 3 ti200 to a 9800 pro!

now all ineed to do is replace my 1.4gig amd.

It replaced a PCI Visiontek 9100 128 meg card. A GREAT PCI card in it's own right, but just was lacking in bandwidth and fill rate.

The difference now is running most games at high (or higher) settings than the 9100 and SMOOTHNESS. Unreal 2004 plays like a dream for me now, as well as Mafia and GTAVC.

Now, I'm saving my pennies for a mobile barton 2400. . . to replace my duron 1800 . . .

I have a 9800XT , upgrade to s'thing like THAT ... and then we'll see :evil:
