Only when it isn't loaded and in its holster on my hip.

Actually I am getting the holster tomorrow, but after I get it I won't store it like it is pictured here.

Thx. I have an extra mag on the way tomorrow. The washer-looking things are actually keys to "lock" the weapon from firing.
