I purchased one of these at OM some time back.
I have to report that it does not work as well as the MX 700 Duo from Logitech.
Additionally, if you plan on using the M$ set on anything but Windows, forget it. Sometimes I have to have a PS2 keyboard handy just to reset or change the BIOS.

However, chnsawalex, a really good deal!

From their FAQs:
What is woot and who's behind it?
woot.com is an online store and community run by the employees of a 10 year old consumer electronics distributor that focuses on close-outs and generally buying stuff cheap. Since the distributor doesn?t sell to end users, Woot, Inc provides us with an employee-store slash market-testing type of place. Hopefully the boss won?t take notice. We anticipate profitability by 2043 -- by then we should be retired; someone smarter might take over and jack up the prices.

I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?
No. We are busy sourcing new products and shipping orders. You can post a comment to our community board, but we don't guarantee to respond. You should google for the manufacturer contact to get product answers ? we suggest a dating service, magic 8 ball, or ouija board for general life solutions.

Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
No. Well not really. If you buy something you don?t end up liking or you have what marketing people call ?buyers remorse,? sell it on ebay. It?s likely you?ll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, find out what your doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it?s probably your fault. Google your problem, or come back to that product's topic in our community and ask other people if they know. Try to call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If you give up and must return it to us, then follow on to the next FAQ entry.

Sounds like it's run by a bunch of high school kids. Good price, though.

Probably better off paying $60 and getting the MX 700 duo anyway; it might cost more but at least you can get it from a reputable vendor and you're getting better equipment anyway...just wish that Logitech keyboard was a split design sometimes.

FatWallet has alot of comments about this vendor, it seems some people are starting to get tracking numbers for their robotic lawnmowers, so if you want to see if woot will actually deliver, check there...also, read their faq because it will bring a smile to your face, you know it is what ever store wants to say, but doesn't.

Just got my tracking info today for this product. Shipped from Addison, TX, and will be here on Tuesday. I'll let ya know if it looks like someone's return, or brand new/refurb'd, when I get it. :)
