Got my bonus today and it was a little under what I would normally get because I didn't complete all my online training for the year in time for it to be registered in the system. No big deal though because it was still a good amount and I'll get the rest in late Feb/early March.

The "Woot" though is because everyone got an extra bonus ($3100 for me!) on top of the regular bonus since the company is having a record breaking year!

i work for a company that doesn't give bonuses for christmas. 🙁 they decided to move to a performance bonus structure where only managers and above usually get a bonus.

That's almost as bad as the company a friend worked for where they were discussing the details for the annual cruise for managers and above in the same meeting that they were discussing layoffs. :Q
 
last year we didn't get our bonuses until after christmas. not even sure i'll be getting one this year because sales are down, they are building a new facility, and they laid people off. the company isn't in trouble, its just that people aren't buying like they have in the past.
