Woops! I need to reverse this

Dropped a DVD in my HTPC and accidentally told it to always use WMP to play DVD's whenever they are in the drive. How can I reverse this so it no longer does that?
 
Go to start and type 'autoplay'

Or go to the control panel and type 'autoplay' at the top right.
