From what I've heard the best ram to OC the DELL E/C 521's is the DDR2 533 that can run at least 600mhz at 1.8v. For some reason these things hate faster ram when it comes to overclocking cause of the limited dram voltage![]()

Got an 800MHz overclock on my x2 3600+ powered E521 - had to bump down the memory ratio to /10, but even with the slower memory speed I shaved an honest 36 seconds off a 2MB Super Pi run.
