6.8%...My boss told me it was pretty much an act of god that it went through. Not too many raises have been going through and when they do it's only been around 2-3%

I've been working as a contractor (read: temp) for 5 mos or so now... Last week they offered me a perm job at more money. $35k to $42k. 😀

Nowhere near minimum wage. But I am a goverment employee so I'm being paid much less than the type of work I do.
