no more ear plugs for me during the shower. My eardrum popped last ear when I went on a roller coster ride.
 
I could still hear OK accept some issues on low frequency sounds. It didn't hurt and didn't even bleed. I just couldn't pop my ears and tht's when I realized something was wrong. It was funny you could feel the air escape but it seems to be fine now.
