in the mail, dont know from where, who or what......i think i remember something a while ago in hot deals, but couldn't find anything. what to do.
it's issue date is 4/03 and its a series ee, does that mean i have to sit on it for 30 years?

it's from the hot deals section... along with the george foreman grill etc...

Actually, you can cash it for half it's value (plus a few cents of interest) six months after the issue date.
