After way too much time thinking, I finally ordered my system. I'm just so excited that
I had to post my specs (below).

My first build. Hoping I don't electrocute myself. Two questions. I'd be thankful for some
advice.

1. For MSI nForce owners (or anyone who knows), are the out of the box BIOS settings
good for best performance or are there some good tweaks to make (non-overclocking tips).
Tips like setting the memory to CAS2 instead of 2.5.

Here's a tip right from the Crucial site, in case this is helpful to anyone: "With BIOS 2.2
and setting the board to run High Performance mode will automatically disable the "Super
Stability" program within the BIOS. This allows for a system with all three sockets populated
to perform optimally"

2. Where is the best place to get an XP2000+. Newegg only carries OEM, and I need the retail
version. A good vendor is more important then the lowest price.

Thanks. And here is what I got, I hope it all works.

XP 2000+ (soon)
Lian-Li PC86
MSI K7N420 (Sister wanted her PC back! could not hold out any longer for the Abit nforce 415-D)
Maxtor D740X one 20GB and one 60GB
1GB Crucial RAM (15% off!)
Plextor 40/12/40A CDRW
Panasonic 116 DVD
Enermax 431 PSU
Onboard video (until the GeForce 4 ti4600 comes out!)
XP Pro!
And all the other doodads mouse...FD...etc.
