Yeah! My house just sold last night. Ok, its under contract, but still, assuming all goes well it will all be done at the end of June.

Time on market: 5 days
number of offers: 3+
best offer: full price, no closing assistance, a rent back, and no appraisal clause
Estimated profit: a little less than 1 year of my family's net pay after taxes.

Whoa...REALLY lucky. It took nearly a year to sell my house, and we had to drop the price by $20K- and it was a nice house in a good neighborhood.
