i think it's pretty impressive to get the title of 'Assistant Manager' as your first job out of college... but it's just a title nonetheless. Out of curiosity, hows the pay and benefits? 😉

Pay is about average to start. Full benefits, 401(k) match up to 5%, medical and dental cheaper than my current job. All in all, a pretty good deal starting out, espcially considering my overall GPA(2.4).
