I just got my Nextel service back after that 6 hour blackout. At first, Nextel Direct Connect was the only thing working for me (tried my other Verizon phone which I'm getting rid of, and my mom's AT&T phone). Then about 1 hour in, my Nextel died, and Verizon came back. About 10 minutes ago my Nextel came back. Woohoo.
