Hello,

I just finished the wire trick on my MSI K7N2-L, which I thought I would ne never be able to overclock with.

I booted up the Computer and it said 933. I was like woohooo.. It was still set at 133 FSB and 7x Multiplier. It was fairly easy to put a piece of wire in the two pin sockets. :) Monster Cable Speaker WIre to be exact. I took about three strands and twisted them together. cut off about half an inch and went to town.

It boots up as Athlon XP 700MHz at 100x7 :) Yah. I haven't had time to tweak with it yet since I gotta get to work. But I will post back as soon as I get my PC3200 Memory from SVC. :)

Yah I can't wait to see FSB 200 on this board.

Phil

P.S. Oh yeah using an XP 2400+ with ThermalTake Aquarius II Watercooling Kit. (Not yet installed, See above, No Time)

well I installed the Thermaltake Aquarius II and man that thing sucks. My SK7 does better on the chip at stock then the Water Kit. Either I must be doing something wrong or it just sucks.

Anyway I put the SK7 back on with a Panaflo L1A and the sucker runs nice and cool at 51C at full Load at 2040 MhZ (170FSB*12) that is with Crucial PC2100 1 Gb Ram so I will update once I receive my sammy PC3200 from SVC.

Don't forget some motherboards with jumpers to set the FSB support sub-100MHz settings. ;)
