I helped a friend find an AWESOME deal on this killer TV.

A local store misquoted the price as $2,149 with a FREE $300 Sony stand ... it was supposed to be either $2,499 with "FREE" stand or $2,149 without the "FREE" stand. Fortunately they HONORED the misquoted price.

For half a second I contemplated buying one also but my trusty 27" Toshiba Cinema Series has been good to me and only cost me $500.

I on the other hand have been signing up for credit cards to buy stuff I just did it at CC on Friday for a surround sound system....

Why whats so special about it? Im not shopping for a new tv so I dont keep up with all the lastest gizmos and catch-phrases.
