WOOHOO Preliminary tax return data is good!

So the wife and I were in the midst of planning a trip and decided to get a start on our taxes with the information we have so far. Right now we get a refund of $167 which is good. Our charitable contributions were down this year so I was getting a little scared we would owe.

So I'll buy everyone a round of virtual :beer:'s on my $167!

We're still crossing our fingers...
We rent a house out; I'm not sure how that works at tax time... Mortgage payments + Rent > rental income.

Time will tell... hoping for a few grand back this year. But, at the very worst, we're safe.

Im due for $1200 by my mental estimate. i had some deductions this year from education expenses.
