NYC's only chance is Wednesday night, when the following is predicted:

"Cloudy with a mixture of snow...sleet...and freezing rain developing after midnight...then changing rather quickly to plain rain. Low in the upper 20s to lower 30s early on...then rising slowly. Chance of precipitation 80 percent"

Not very encouraging, but it's the last hope I have to get out of doing the essay I have due Thursday.
